Hello world!

I have worked in customer-facing support roles for companies large and small in various industries over the years. I would often wonder why I always felt compelled to try something new, why I couldn’t just stick with one thing. After years of criticizing my inability to focus, I realized my insatiable curiosity is actually an asset. It’s what keeps me striving for more–more knowledge, more skill, more practice.

Learning is the best part of a new job. Once I hit a plateau in the learning curve, I’m ready to move on. The key, then, is to never stop growing. Once I’ve covered the surface knowledge, I go deeper or broader, figuring out why things are done this way, how to improve the process, how my work affects other departments or other aspects of the client’s life. 

I love that I have the power to make someone’s day, or even turn around a day that was not going so well. Being helpful is my love language. I truly enjoy serving others so it’s no wonder I call myself a customer service professional, no matter what position or industry I’m currently working in. 

Now, I have a greater impact by helping busy professionals conquer the chaos of marketing and running a business, so they can serve more clients. Surely, that’s what brought you here. Thanks for stopping by. You’re in good hands.
